A Trustworthy Return Policy is a Priority

It begins with a 30 day money back guarantee. If a customer receives something that is not exactly what they needed (for any possible reason), they have 30 days to return - no questions asked. If they return it unopened, they get the full purchase price refunded. If it is open, and still "like new", they get the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee. If a product has been opened, but is being exchanged for something of equal or greater value, Just Headphone waives any restocking fee.

Though you can call ahead to discuss the return or exchange, it is not necessary. All you need to do is e-mail a copy of the receipt and the order number, or just E-Mail all of the information about the purchase and the return, and we'll see that the deal gets done. Unfortunately, if you return something after the 30 day trial period, it can be only for an exchange and not a refund.

How can you return something in "like new" condition? That's simple: just be sure you pack everything back as closely as possible to the way it was received, including any inner plastic bags and boxes. Also include any and all manuals, accessories, and other packing materials. The goal is to return things free or scratches, wear, obvious signs of use or damage, and functioning just like new. It is our policy to refund the purchase price, but not shipping fees. Return fees are something buyers will have to handle. Original shipping fees are deducted from any refunds. Buyers who purchased expedited shipping also do not get refunds of the costs when returning like new products.

What about defective goods? That is a rare event at Just Headphone, but if it happens our world class customer support can attempt to troubleshoot problems, and if it really is malfunctioning, we instantly send out a free UPS label and begin the exchange process straight away without any further charges.

We strive hard not to fail our customers when they need us the most.
