When Will My Order Ship?

If an item is in stock it will ship within 48 hours. We will send you a E-mail as soon as your product ships.
It will include a tracking number so you have something to constantly refresh while you're waiting for your gear to arrive.
click the " My Account / Order Status" link on our site to check your orders status.

If your order contains a variety of items, they may be shipped separately at no extra cost due to the different processing times and to assure a faster shipment. In this case, you will receive a shipping notification for each shipment.

(Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.)

*During the Holiday season, late November and December all orders are shipped out within 2-4 business days due to high volume.

Keep in mind:
  • Tracking is not available for orders that are in a Processing status
  • Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after an order is shipped
  • Not all orders will have a tracking status from USPS

Cancel An Item Before It Ships?

To make sure you get your items on time, we start processing our order immediately. If you need to change anything on your order you can attempt to cancel your order while it's in a Processing status and place a new order, but once it moves to Shipped, the order can't be canceled.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link in the top right corner of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the " Cancel Order" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing and shipped, the order may no longer be modified.
If you would like help requesting a cancellation, you may contact us Justheadphone. Please note that We uses the same process shown above, so we can't guarantee that we can cancel your order.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates; each package may have separate tracking details.

To find your tracking information on Justheadphone.com:

  1. Go to Justheadphone.com
  2. Select the My Account link in the top right corner
  3. Select Track Orders
  4. Enter the email address you used to submit your order and your order numbe
  5. If you are already logged in to your Justheadphone.com account, this link routes you to your Purchase History page
Click the " My Account / Order Status" link in the top right corner of our site to track your order.
We will also send you an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We want you to feel secure ordering from Justheadphone. We know that there are other retailer options and we appreciate that you trusted us with your purchase! However, we do recognize that in rare cases, things may not go according to plan, and we have an established procedure for handling such occasions. We got your back!

There are some important things to remember while you wait for your package:

  • Tracking information is available in you My Account page. You can use this track your order status to view the most up-to-date tracking information.
  • At check out, you will be provided an estimated delivery date. Your item should arrive on or before this date. In some cases, situations outside our control happen and the item make take a little longer to arrive than we estimated. Keep an eye on your tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your package.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link in the top right corner of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays a Tracking Number, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact support@justheadphone.com for assistance. Don't worry, JustHeadphone.com customer support will be there to assist in the event that any order did not reach its designated location.
