|How Do I Create An Account?|
|Click the "Register" link in the top right corner of our site.

|How do I Edit My Account Information?|
|To edit your account, just Click the "My Account / Order Status" link in the top right corner of our site to edit your account information. You can update your email address, mailing address, phone number, and other account information.|
|How Much Does It Cost to Ship A Package?|
|Just Headphone offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered a free shipping method or choose a faster shipping option for which the rate will be displayed prior to processing your order.|
|I Forgot My Password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". Enter the email address linked to your account and click Submit, then an email will be sent to you with your password.|
|How Do I Return My Product?|
|All you need to do is send a copy of the receipt and the order number, or just E-Mail all of the information about the purchase and the return, and we'll see that the deal gets done. Unfortunately, if you return something after the 30 day trial period, it can be only for an exchange and not a refund. Please click here for more information on returning an item.|
|I Received The Wrong Product.|
|If you believe that you've received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of its' delivery.
We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via e-mail to return the item. Once the package has been returned back to JustHeadphone, we will have your new order processed and shipped within 5 business days.

|When Will My Order Ship?|
|Just Headphone ships via Fed Ex Ground daily Monday-Friday, EXCEPT for holidays. Just place your order by 4:00 pm USA Central Time, Monday-Friday, and it will ship the same day.

In some cases items will not ship "same day" because of inventory issues, billing delays, and/or order changes. Any order placed after 4:00 pm on Fridays or on weekends will be sent out the following Monday or the next working day.
