When it's time to charge Tour, allow 2 hours of charging for about 5 hours of play time. Should you ever need to clean your Tour, just use a soft dry towel. Using water, harsh cleaners or anything else can create trouble!

Just Headphone ships via Fed Ex Ground and USPS daily Monday-Friday, EXCEPT for holidays. Just place your order by 4:00 pm USA Central Time, Monday-Friday, and it will ship the same day.
In some cases items will not ship "same day" because of inventory issues, billing delays, and/or order changes. Any order placed after 4:00 pm on Fridays or on weekends will be sent out the following Monday or the next working day.
Signatures are routinely required for orders over $250. You can voluntarily waive this requirement. Signatures are NOT required for orders under $250 unless you request it. Please call or email us if you’d like to waive the signature requirement for a package over $250 or request a signature for an order under $250. An adult (18+) must sign for FedEx deliveries. Just Headphone is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or wrongly delivered items once an order has been dispatched and has left our warehouse.
